From building new cities, moving to the groove of Kylie Minogue, and taking part in fun-filled workshops, the WA Maritime Museum will be bursting with creativity for all children these school holidays.
5 April - 5 May, various times (Closed Good Friday and ANZAC Day)
Brickman Cities powered by LEGO® CITY experience is the latest creation from Ryan 'The Brickman' McNaught. He returns to WA during the school holidays to reveal his most detailed and advanced exhibition to date! This is not just an exhibition, it is an interactive experience where everyone who attends helps build a new version of a particular city based on what they think it will look like in the future.
Brickman’s trademark interactive build experiences are hugely popular with LEGO® fans of all ages, but Brickman Cities powered by LEGO® CITY adds a new dimension with cutting-edge technology to advance the experience. The centrepiece of Brickman Cities is a 3m x 4m scale model of Lower Manhattan built entirely from white LEGO bricks, enabling 3D stories of the city to be projected directly onto them.
This interactive master builder zone offers children the opportunity to get hands-on with more than half a million LEGO® bricks, become the heroes of LEGO® CITY, spark their creativity and build the LEGO® CITY of tomorrow. Visit http://museum.wa.gov.au/museums/wa-maritime-museum/brickman-cities for more information and tickets.
