Delight mum this Mother's Day with a special Afternoon Tea celebration at Hearth Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth on Sunday 9 May.
Savour in a culinary journey of three courses including roasted beef finger sandwich, butternut pumpkin and sandalwood nut tart, smoked trout rillettes, raisin scones, pecan and wattle seed pie, baked cheesecake with champagne strawberries and chocolate and guava gateaux.
This will be complemented by a chilled Western Australian seafood station of Albany rock oysters, scallop ceviche and Exmouth king prawns, along with a pink chocolate fountain.
The Afternoon Tea will be paired with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé, Belvedere Spritz, Seven Seas Tea and Coffee by OffShoot, as well as the sounds of a local musician.
Adults are $198 per person and children (3-17 years) are $98 per person, with $2 from every ticket being donated to Breast Cancer Care WA. Full pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation.
