This half day trip is run using open double kayaks in the beautiful Canning River Regional Park. We start at Kent Street Weir and paddle upstream to explore and relax amongst the abundant bird life and paperbark trees. In the heart of the suburbs you will feel like you are hours from the city as our guides reveal to you this hidden retreat and its history. The area is very sheltered and the waters calm because of the surrounding trees and narrow. It’s great for both beginners and experts as a fun way to exercise and get away from the daily rush.
This is a fantastic trip for the whole family to enjoy! Our bus departs Perth daily to Shoalwater Bay where we introduce you to your stable double sea kayaks. These are easy to paddle and allow you to see Australian Sea Lions in their natural environment. These playful creatures love to swim and splash around your boat along with the dolphins. We then visit the fairy penguins for their daily feeding before sitting down to enjoy a picnic lunch. The rest of the day is at your own leisure – relax in the sun, snorkel, explore the island and discover many shellfish, starfish, crabs, sea birds and lizards.
This full day sea kayak tour will explore the coastlines of Seal, Penguin and Bird Islands spotting for dolphins, plentiful birdlife, including pelicans, ospreys, cormorants and sea eagles, as well as the cheeky sea lions. We’ll also stop off for a healthy picnic lunch prepared by your guide at Point Peron and explore some amazing rock formations, and breathtaking natural beauty. Transport is included from the city or meet us down there at the Arcadia Drive carpark.
This is a half day tour run on the Swan River, using double kayaks to explore the beautiful Swan Valley Region. The trip combines history, exercise and nature in a relaxed fun atmosphere that will ensure your Swan Valley trip is a memorable one.
The best way to visit Monkey Mia is by kayak, offering a unique view of the scenery and wildlife. The seas are calm and shallow and as well as the famous Monkey Mia dolphins, there are dugongs, turtles, fish and rays. At night we camp out on beaches under clear starry skies. We use stable double expedition sea kayaks. No experience is required but you should have reasonable fitness and look forward to camping out.
