Kaleidoscope Tours are able to offer restaurant bookings and ideas (free) or add a luxurious hamper for $150 (includes top shelf Moet champagne, mixed nuts and a box of chocolates).
A professional photographer, flower bouquets and gifts can be arranged for any tour at an additional fee.
Kaleidoscope Tours will provide one booster seat and one baby seat per tour, if you require further child restraint seats – feel free to provide your own. Please note any additional seat/s placed in the vehicle shall be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Begin the day with an exciting Pirate Ship Cruise, where kids of all ages dress up and cruise around the canals and estuary of Mandurah. Ring the bell and shout “Aye me hearties!” Have a delicious lunch at the chocolate factory where kids have a playground to amuse themselves, followed by an optional activity ranging from Ranger Red's Zoo & Conservation Park or Miniature world, maze, mini golf and a huge Adventurescape park. We end the day off at a relaxing riverside venue for a drink while kids play on the rolling lawns.

Minimum 3 adults. The tour begins with being collected from your accommodation / home or Mandurah train station, then enjoy a scenic drive to two wineries or two breweries (your choice) and enjoy what the Peel region offers, with a scenic drive to the venues and return. 3 hours duration.
Kaleidoscope Tours Pty Ltd Terms, Conditions, Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Kaleidoscope Tours Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger guests have travel insurance coverage. Kaleidoscope Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, inclusions, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
Cancellations or changes of dates within 7 days of departure on all tours, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Change of Date Policy: Where possible Kaleidoscope Tours will try to honour change of date requests that are made with at least 7 days’ notice. This is not always possible for all tours and is always subject to availability. Change of date requests which are made with less than 7 days’ notice will not usually be accepted. Change of date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.
Child Policy: Children are permitted on tours, however due to the nature and length of some tours, it may not always be recommended. Please check with us before booking. Infants (under 1 years of age) are permitted on tours and we have limited child restraint seats available for use. Please ensure you discuss your preferences with us before booking.
Luggage Policy: Due to limited luggage space availability within the luggage area of the vehicle, pushers and prams are acceptable providing they can fit within the available space. Please ensure you check with Kaleidoscope management before you bring them along to the tour. In the interests first of the safety and comfort of all passengers, we will endeavour to accommodate these items. Any very large sized luggage presented on departure day (including oversized strollers) may result in refusal to board. Refunds will not be given to persons on the day as a result of these issues.
Pick up and Drop off Services: Kaleidoscope Tours offer complimentary pickup and drop off service from one local pickup and drop off location for each tour. Please note it is guest’s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to be punctual may result in your tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to join the tour.
Kaleidoscope Tours cannot be held responsible for guests who fail to be punctual. It is guest’s responsibility to ensure that the tour details on their confirmation are correct, contact details they have provided are up to date, the pickup point area has been agreed with us prior to departure.
Meals: Please see each specific tour for inclusion deals for meals/tastings etc.
Consumption of Alcohol: Please note that in accordance of the Liquor Licensing Act 119(4)(a) no alcohol is permitted to be consumed in the vehicle. Wine bought during your tour will be kept in a safe place and handed back when you disembark at the end of tour.
Travel Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available in Australian Dollars and can be used to purchase any Kaleidoscope tour products. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Any costs exceeding the Gift Voucher value when redeemed will need to be paid by another payment method. Guests are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Voucher. Kaleidoscope Tours will not reimburse or replace any gift vouchers that have been lost, stolen or misused.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are Kaleidoscope Terms and Conditions and may be reviewed, varied, added to or withdrawn by Kaleidoscope at any time at our discretion. These Terms and Conditions and any amendments made does not form any part of one’s employment contract, or agreement or any independent contractor agreement (as the case may be).
