GPS Adventure guides have excellent knowledge of Australia’s native animals and vegetation as well as a good understanding of Aboriginal Culture and History. If you want to see native animals in their natural environment these tours are perfect for you and your family.
The most popular tour is the Pinnacles Sunset and Star Gazing Tour where they have dinner under the stars in the Pinnacles Desert. On this tour you will get to see the stars and planets through our telescope, take photos of the night sky through our telescope and learn about Aboriginal Astronomy.
If you like the water, there are tours using GPS Adventure’s unique Pedal Powered Kayaks and Paddle Boards. These are very safe and easy to use and after just a few minutes of instruction you are ready to go. Children and seniors are catered for as young as four years old through to people in their 80’s.
This is a great way to explore the Swan River while looking for dolphins and other wild life. The Pedal Powered Kayaks are also used to paddle to a deserted island on the Turquoise Coast or you may want to join us on a paddle to see the cheeky seals on our Seal and Penguin Island Tour in the Shoalwater Bay Marine Park, just 40 minutes south of Perth.
Food is supplied on most of the tours, whether it’s dinner under the stars at the Pinnacles or a barbeque on the banks of the Swan River. You will have the opportunity to sample fresh produce from WA as well as sample wine from our famous wine producing regions of Margaret River and the Great Southern.
Tours run on set days or arrange a personalised tour just for you and your family – on request.
Tour Departure Point: we pick up from Perth City Accommodation and nearby surrounding areas and drop you back to your accommodation at the end of the tour.
You will love exploring the crystal clear waters of the Shoalwater Bay Marine Park in our Pedal Powered Kayaks and Paddle Boards. This tour of the Turquoise Coast is for the more active explorer. You will kayak to a deserted island a short distance from shore at Lancelin. Here you will often see seals and the occasional dolphin as well as an abundance of bird life including Sea Eagles. Explore the island, have a swim in the lagoon. Then enjoy a barbeque lunch before heading to the Pinnacles Desert and then finish the tour off with Sand Boarding in Lancelin at sunset.
