*Perth Zoo is Closed*
In response to advice from the Australian Government due to concerns around COVID-19, the Perth Zoo is closed.
Throughout the period of closure, the staff will remain onsite caring for the 1300 animals who call Perth Zoo home and looking after the beautiful botanic estate.
While the Zoo is closed, the public is encouraged to stay virtually connected to the animals through their social media channels and website.
The Perth Zoo looks forward to welcoming visitors back to the zoo soon.
Just five minutes from the city, Perth Zoo is a Western Australian icon filled with lush gardens and naturalistic exhibits that are home to over 1500 animals from around the world.
