Good Friday Easter Egg Hunt at Adventure World
Friday 19 April
The Perth Easter school holidays are your last chance to party at Adventure World before it closes for winter. The popular adventure park will be open throughout the long weekend, and Good Friday sees the annual Easter Egg Hunt with prizes to be won.
Gates open at 10.00am on the 19th. Get there early and hunt for winner tokens around the park. Prizes can be claimed between midday and 2.00pm. Other treats and activities for Easter at Perth's favourite fun park are face painting, balloon bending and fish n chips at the special discounted price of $10.00 at Kahuna Cafe.
All the usual rides will be open: Dragon's Kingdom for little ones, Water Mountain splash slides, the Lagoon for chilling out, 'death defying' carnival rides for the fearless, and much more.
Eagles vs Port Adelaide at Optus Stadium
Friday 19 April
Footy fans, you've got a long weekend to recover from an adrenalin-filled Easter event at Optus Stadium. Cheer on the West Coast Eagles as they go into battle against Port Adelaide on Good Friday evening, in the Toyota AFL Premiership. Bounce down is at 6.10pm for a night game under floodlights.
Why not treat yourselves and book a a few nights over Easter at Crown Perth? All three hotels are within walking distance of the stadium. Easter activities at Perth's luxurious golfing resort include Vines Mini Golf, open all day on Good Friday, with last tee-off at 7.30pm. Fremantle International Street Arts Festival
All weekend 19-22 April
The festival turns the main cappuccino strip into one big street party, with acts entertaining the crowds from central hubs and roving performers popping up around the city. The Esplanade Reserve, Fishing Boat Harbour and Bathers Beach will all see interesting things happening over the weekend.
Mix it up with some bargain hunting at the Markets and vintage stores, or gallery hopping around the West End. Remember to check opening times for stores and attractions around Perth over Easter weekend.
The Festival is a fantastic opportunity to experience the Fremantle vibe at its best, as cafes and restaurants race to keep everyone served, and pop-up bars appear on the streets.

Easter Fun Morning Cruise on the Swan River
Sunday 21 April
Surprise the kids this Easter with something different - a morning cruise along the river from Perth with the Easter Bunny on board!
Captain Cook Cruises will be all geared up to entertain children on the Easter Fun Morning Cruise, a gentle meander down the Swan River.
Apart from a visit from their favourite bunny, treats and Easter activities between Perth and Fremantle will include egg colouring, Easter baskets, hot cross buns, pastries, fruit and juice, plus tea and coffee for the grown-ups. When the kids have had enough, head to nearby Bathers Beach for some wind-down time next to the lapping waves. Grab a cocktail from Bathers Beach House and watch them from the only licensed section of sand in Perth. It's worth staying til the sun sets for glorious photos - a wonderful way to end your Easter Day in Perth.
