  • Escape from Pompeii: The Untold Roman Rescue

    Fremantle | Dates: 22 Sep, 2017 – 04 Feb, 2018
    In 79 CE Mount Vesuvius erupted, burying the cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum under huge waves of volcanic ash and debris. Explore one of history's most famous natural disasters in this exhibition at the WA Maritime Museum from 22 September - 4 February.
  • Perth International Boat Show

    Perth | Dates: 22 – 25 Sep, 2017
    Celebrate Boating! The Club Marine Perth International Boat Show is the major boating event in Western Australia that will run over four days from 22 - 25 September. Held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and Elizabeth Quay, the Show will take full advantage of the stunning Swan River location.
  • City of South Perth Emerging Artist Award 2017

    South Perth | Dates: 22 – 30 Sep, 2017
    Celebrating its fifteenth year, the City of South Perth 2017 Emerging Artist Award registrations are now open and selected works will be exhibited to the public in the South Perth Community Hall from 22 - 30 September.
  • Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award

    Fremantle | Dates: 22 Sep – 11 Nov, 2017
    The Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award supported by Little Creatures Brewing returns to showcase the best of contemporary Australian printmaking in an exhibition from 22 September - 11 November. With more than 50 prints and artists' books ranging from traditional to boundary pushing, selected from 300 entries, the exhibition presents established, emerging and cross-disciplinary artists from all over Australia.
  • Speaking Volumes

    Fremantle | Dates: 22 Sep – 11 Nov, 2017
    Speaking Volumes presents a selection of award winning artists' books drawn from the City of Fremantle Art Collection and displayed at the Fremantle Arts Centre from 22 September - 11 November.
  • The Lost World - Night at the Museum

    Perth | Dates: 22 – 22 Sep, 2017
    Come rumble in the jungle for this never to be repeated, party with the dinosaurs on Friday 22 September. The WA Museum Foundation and Artefact Circle invite you and friends to be entertained by roars, claws and dinosaurs and see our past come to life. Experience VIP, after-hours access to the popular Dinosaur Discovery: Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous exhibition.
  • Fremantle Markets Baby Animal Farm

    Fremantle | Dates: 23 Sep – 08 Oct, 2017
    There will be a bevy of gushing sighs around Fremantle Markets' Baby Animal Farm in the Market Lane every Saturday from 9am - 11am during the school holidays. Come and cuddle a lovely selection of cute animals, including chickens, ducklings, bunnies, guinea pigs, lambs, kid goats, piglets and, depending upon availability, a calf, alpaca, or miniature horse.
  • Bibbulmun Track Wildflower Wander

    Mundaring | Dates: 23 – 25 Sep, 2017
    Enjoy the beauty of the spring flowers as you spend three days hiking in one of the most scenic sections of the Bibbulmun Track from 23 - 25 September. Starting from Mundaring you will be amazed at the scenery each day has to offer - the mysterious boulders, the expansive views and the misty mornings.

  • Memorial Avenue Wineries Bike Ride

    Baskerville, Swan Valley | Dates: 23 – 25 Sep, 2017
    Harris Organic Wines invites you to cycle around the five wineries along Memorial Avenue in the Swan Valley over the September long weekend, 23 - 25 September. Bring your own or pick up a hired bicycle from Harris Organic Wines and cycle your way around Baskerville. Start at a leisurely 10.30am and finish whenever you want, there is plenty to see and do on Memorial Avenue.
