    Indian textiles are world-famous for being exquisite, handmade and finely crafted. They represent a compelling aesthetic with deep roots and profound cultural meaning. Unfolding: New Indian Textiles is an elegant exhibition which highlights the supreme craftsmanship and beauty of work by contemporary Indian textile designers and artists, drawing on these traditions.

    The City of Armadale is proud to be launching a brand new Spring into Armadale Festival, with a vibrant, diverse calendar of events from 15 August to 31 October. The Spring into Armadale Festival will showcase Armadale as the place to be, explore and experience throughout the upcoming Spring months.
  • American dream, American nightmare

    Perth | Dates: 15 Aug, 2015 – 15 Feb, 2016
    American dream, American nightmare is a two-part display that focuses on one of the Art Gallery of WA's most iconic and most requested works, Brett Whiteley's The American dream 1968-1969. This major, 18 part installation has not been seen at the Gallery since 2004 and it is looking better than ever.

The images displayed showcase different perspectives, the interplay of light and subject interpretation from each photographers' view point and exemplify the meaning of photography "drawing with light".
