Jarrahdale Walk Trails
Jarrahdale is a small historic town nestled in the hills just 50 kilometres south of Perth. Situated in the Jarrah forests of the Darling Scarp, the Jarrahdale Heritage Society regularly run guided walks showing Jarrahdale's most historic and beautiful sites. These walks take visitors on a journey filled with history and breathtaking beauty.
Kitty’s Gorge
Three walk trails varying from one to eleven kilometres in length, leave from Gooralong Park along single file tracks by waterfalls. This is a medium walk.
Stacey’s Track
A there kilometres scenic walk through Gooralong Park, virgin forest and parts of the town. This is a medium walk.
Mundlimup Trail
Walk trail situated off Balmoral Rd leads through an old logging area and CALM tree growth experiment. This is an easy walk.
Wetlands Walk
Paths and boardwalks make this an excellent circuit trail for prams and wheelchairs. Observation points are located throughout the wetlands area. This is a very easy walk.
Heritage Railway Hike
Four kilometre or seven kilometre loops following the path of the 1872 railway. Good views. This is an easy walk except for one steep section.
Blue Rocks Walks
One and a half kilometre and three kilometre walk trails over Blue Rock and through forests recovering from bauxite mining and timber milling. This is an medium walk.
