Brookton

Brookton is just a one and a half hour drive from Perth on the Brookton Highway, and is the gateway to the Central South.

There is much to see and do, and a visit to the Police Station Museum or the local craft display at the Railway Station is well worth while. Special Events include the King of the Hill off-road racing and the Old Time Motor Show. Wildflowers abound in springtime, making the many parks and barbecue areas a picturesque haven for travelers.

Yenyenning Lakes East of Brookton is a popular picnic spot, with boating, swimming and water skiing to be enjoyed by the whole family.
